By doing so, the focus will be on anything sleek and simple, and you'll probably find more furniture choices.
Think of selecting metal furniture. Or choose a combination of metal and glass. For example, you might select a metal table that has a glass top as part of the design. Choose metal chairs to go with the table. A metal and glass shelf would be a great addition to your kitchen.
